Incheon city held a non-face-to-face online job creation cooperation meeting and business briefing session on September 1 as part of the project to support the employment stability preemptive response package to establish a virtuous cycle structure for job creation in the Incheon root industry.

Initially, the event was scheduled to be held in Songdo Convensia on the 27th, but on the 24th, it was urgently converted into a non-face-to-face manner according to administrative measures similar to the three stages of preemptive social distance in Incheon city.

First of all, the Incheon Root Industry Advisory Committee, which consists of experts in local economy and root industry, and the award of a letter of recommendation to representatives of each six divisions, casting and mold, and discussions on the collection of difficulties in industrial sites and the promotion of new projects were sent by mail in the form of a letter and advisory request from the director of the Jobs Economy Division. So that they can register as videos on YouTube (Incheon Techno Park account) so that they can enhance the understanding of business people.

In addition, the opinions of root company officials at the briefing session and the procedures for requesting customized corporate consulting were received by e-mail from the representative of the Incheon Management Association's root company consulting support team, and the results were notified by experts.

“Although it is regrettable that we cannot hear the vivid voices of root industry officials through on-site briefings, we plan to use various public relations methods so that there will be no small root companies that do not receive support or benefits due to lack of administrative capacity or information,” said Jang Byung-hyun, director of the Incheon City Job Policy Division. “We will seek out and promote effective projects that require industrial sites for the leap of our city’s root industry.”

Meanwhile, Incheon city was selected as a public offering for the Employment Stability Preemptive Response Package Support Project promoted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in April, and is pursuing the project with the aim of creating 7,750 jobs by investing 47.7 billion won for a total of five years by 2024 with the aim of establishing a virtuous cycle structure for creating jobs in the root industry.
